Does anyone know that reference anymore? I barely know it myself.

Anyway, a page after starting a cop riot, the Changeling has some nerve calling Fetch a cop. Just because he tackled you, tied your hands behind your back, and is taking you into custody doesn’t mean he’s a cop. After all, the bit about creating you and then getting appalled when you act out of hand — why, that just makes Fetch a parent. “I brought you into this world,” he might say, “I’ll take you out.” I’m not saying it’s good parenting, I wouldn’t recommend it to new parents looking for guidance on discipline and nurturing. It is, alas, a bit too human. Fetch might want to keep that in mind.
