Keeping right on schedule, we have another Wednesday posting of a new page. I hope this Sunday to return to the old schedule of posting to Patreon first, then posting to my website on Wednesday. That routine got disrupted by moving to a new house last Fall. Fortunately there are no other disruptions to our lives these days and everything is going just swimmingly. Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln….

I hope everyone is safe and healthy and fiscally sound. And I hope you all remain that way. I’ve been keeping home, working remotely at one of my jobs (alas, the other had to lay me off; no hard feelings, but it’s a bummer), and my only venture out is to pick up or drop off my son at his mom’s. I did have a successful outing when I picked up groceries from my local store using their drive-up service. Currently, workers for InstaCart and Amazon are striking (and Whole Foods, too), to protest the dangerous conditions they work in, the lack of preparation by their companies, and their need for hazard pay. Unless you have no other options, please support them and don’t cross the picket line. We’re going to see a lot more worker activity in the next few weeks and months. We might all be on the picket line at some point.
